Common questions
- What counts as a takeoff?
- One successful paid takeoff run within that month's billing cycle. Canceled or failed runs do not count.
- Can I run takeoffs without a subscription?
- You can create projects and review the workflow, but paid AI takeoff runs require an active subscription before they start.
- Do included takeoffs roll over?
- No. Included takeoffs reset at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
- Can I add users for my team?
- Pricing is per seat — $299 a month with 15 included takeoffs per seat. Self-serve checkout covers a single seat today, and separate team logins have not shipped yet. Email support@scopesift.com if you need multiple estimators.
- What gets exported?
- All saved takeoff rows export to CSV or Excel. Edit or delete anything in the drawing viewer before exporting. Quantities update live as you make changes.
