AI drafts the measurements
ScopeSift reads your elevation or mechanical sheets and drafts every quantity, verifying the drawing scale as it goes.

Review on the drawing
Drag a vertex, redraw a wall, or reject a shape. Totals update live, and every edit is undoable.

02 · Traceability
A real plan set, traced and quantified.
Every area, run, and count below is measured straight off the drawing — clapboard, roofing, trim, shutters, openings, and more — with live totals you can audit against the plan.
Front elevation traced into per-material areas, with live totals. Set up the project and pick one trade — then upload the plan and run. Review each elevation in context, with drawing-backed measurements visible.
Trace once. Fix what’s wrong.
AI does the first pass; you correct it on the drawing. It’s your takeoff — the draft stays tied to the sheet for you to review before it becomes part of the bid.

03 · The bid file
What lands in your estimate.
Net quantities with openings and deductions already taken out, sitting beside the gross so you can see exactly what came off. Set waste per line, pick your columns, and export.
Every row carries the sheet it was measured on, so anyone
downstream can check the takeoff against the drawings.

04 · Coverage
Available now for siding, cladding, and HVAC.
Only two trades are production-ready, and we say so everywhere — the trade picker inside the product carries the same labels. Everything else can appear inside a run but isn’t tuned to lead one yet.
New trades ship once they pass accuracy validation.

Your first takeoff is free.
Every new account includes one free takeoff — upload a plan set, review the drawing, and export the bid file before you pay anything. No credit card to start.
- How accurate is the first pass?
- Accurate enough to review, not to trust blind — which is why every quantity is drawn on the sheet it came from. Bring a plan set you've already bid and compare the numbers against your own before you rely on it.
- What if it measures something wrong?
- You fix it on the drawing. Drag a vertex, redraw a run, reject a shape, or delete a whole material — totals update live and nothing exports until you say so.
- What if the plan set was reprinted at a smaller size?
- The printed scale note lies on those sheets, so scale is measured from the dimension strings drawn on the drawing and cross-checked against the note. When the two disagree, affected quantities are held for your review instead of guessed.
- What counts as a takeoff?
- One successful paid run inside that month's billing cycle. Failed or canceled runs never count against your 15.
- Which trades can I run today?
- Siding and HVAC are production trades. Everything else is experimental and labeled that way inside the product — the trade picker tells you exactly what's ready.
- What comes out at the end?
- CSV or Excel with every saved row, the columns estimators expect, waste set per line, and the source sheet on each row so anyone downstream can check the takeoff against the drawings.
